Any charges incurred during shipping or after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect address entered by the customer
- Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
- Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
However, we will help you resolve the issue with the courier.

❓ Wrong Address / Change in Order
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will update it if the order has not been shipped yet.
