We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not working properly
  • Incorrect item received

To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the parcel.

🚫 Refunds (Money Back)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds are only provided if:

A replacement is not possible OR

  • The product was never delivered due to our fault

Our process is replacement first, refund second.

Why?
Because most problems are easily fixed, and replacements are quicker and easier for you.

📦 Wrong Address / Failed Delivery Policy

If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered during checkout, we cannot issue a refund.
You may reorder with the correct address.

To approve your replacement or refund request, please send:

  • Photo or video of the issue
  • Brief explanation of the problem

This helps us verify and process your request faster.


🕒 Processing Time

Once your request is approved:

  • Replacements are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Refunds (only when applicable) are returned to the original payment method
